  • Indoor Rowing Program

Radiance Indoor Rowing is a self-paced, low impact, indoor rowing program for the community. Run by a Senior and the program is funded to encourage Seniors to get involved. Indoor rowing is good for Seniors, because it is great for core strength, efficient for fat burning and easy to learn. It is a low impact activity that avoids damage to joints. Participants will learn the basics of rowing, build their fitness and meet new people - all in a friendly and supportive environment.

The program is designed for people with no rowing experience as well as those returning to the sport. No prior experience is required. It’s about trying something new and having fun while developing new skills.

When: Every Tuesday and Thursday evening, from 6pm to 7pm. Program concludes on 18 December.
Location: ANA Rowing Club, Hinds Reserve, Bayswater
Organiser: ANA Rowing Club
Contact: Catherine Harrison - email radiance@anarowingclub.org.au
