Harrison Hawker - Project Lighthouse

Current lighting systems depend on having multiple bulbs in every room, each consuming power, requiring maintenance, and contributing to environmental waste. Project Lighthouse is a completely new approach to lighting. Instead of many bulbs, it uses a single high-efficiency LED light source that distributes light throughout an entire building via fibre optic tubes. Each room is connected to the central system.

Willetton Senior High School

Raina Gupta - Medi Manage (Automated Pill Dispenser)

Current products on the market include automatic container dispensers that release one manually pre-filled container per day, requiring users to manually place the correct dosage of each pill into each container. If an error occurs during setup, the user will have the incorrect pills dispensed. Medi Manage is an automated SMART pill dispenser connected to an iOS mobile app via Bluetooth. It organises multiple medications and releases the correct dose at the right time, helping users manage complex routines safely and reliably.
