About the program
The Kids Access All Areas Vouchers program is an exciting initiative for children aged 5 to 15 to attend arts and cultural events in Western Australia.
Designed to make arts and culture more accessible, the program offers one $50 voucher per child to be reserved by parents or guardians for up to 4 children (a total of $200).
Round 1 of the Kids Access All Areas Vouchers program opened on 11 December 2025. Round 2 opens at 10am on Thursday 27 August 2026.
Vouchers can be used at more than 100 venues and providers across WA, making it easy to enjoy arts and culture statewide.
To claim the offer:
- Reserve your voucher(s) in the ServiceWA app for the number of children you would like to claim for (up to 4 children aged 5 to 15).
- Buy tickets from an approved venue or provider.
- Come back to the App with your receipt to claim your rebate.
Eligibility for the Kids Access All Areas Vouchers program
To be eligible for a voucher and rebate, you must:
- Be a Western Australian resident 18 years or older to claim the voucher.
- Be the parent or legal guardian of a child aged 5–15 years. Each child must be aged 5–15 years on the date of application.
- Only apply for 1 voucher per child for the duration of the program (maximum of 4 children per application).
Vouchers cannot be used for:
- Food or beverages
- Merchandise
- Workshops or classes
- Non-arts or cultural events (e.g. AFL tickets)
- Movie tickets
- School-organised activities
- Activities at non-approved venues
How to claim the Kids Access All Areas Vouchers and redeem
There are only 3 steps to access the offer:
Step 1 - Reserve your vouchers within the ServiceWA app
- Open the ServiceWA app and login with your Digital ID with a ‘Standard’ identity strength.
- Go to the Discover tab and click Offers, select Kids Access All Areas Vouchers.
- Enter the details of your eligible children (aged 5–15). You can reserve one $50 voucher per child, up to 4 children.
- Confirm your application.
- Find your voucher confirmation in your ServiceWA inbox.
Step 2 - Buy and book your tickets
- Purchase tickets for an arts or cultural event from an approved venue or provider.
- Keep your tax invoice, you’ll need it to claim your rebate.
- The invoice must include provider’s ABN, date of purchase, itemised ticket details, and total amount.
Step 3 - Claim your rebate
- Have your invoice ready.
- In the ServiceWA app, head to the passes tab and select the Kids Access All Areas Voucher.
- Upload a photo or screenshot of your tax invoice ensuring all details are visible. Please ensure your tax invoice includes the provider’s ABN, date of purchase, itemised ticket details and amount spent.
- Submit your claim.
- Rebates are paid directly to your nominated bank account within 7 working days.
- You’ll receive a ServiceWA inbox message when your claim is approved.
How long is the Kids Access All Areas Vouchers program open for?
- Vouchers for the 2025 allocation can be reserved from 11 December 2025 until 30 April 2026 (or until exhausted).
- Tickets must be purchased and rebates claimed by 31 May 2027.
- A second release of vouchers is planned for 10am, Thursday 27 August 2026.

Alternative claim and redemption method
If you are unable to use the ServiceWA app to reserve your vouchers, you can use an alternative claim form. Complete the form and upload copies of your identity documents to meet 100 points of ID from the examples provided.
Alternative form claims will be processed within 10 - 15 business days. Alternative claims will receive an email update from the Kids Access All Areas Vouchers program team to their nominated email address, with voucher code confirmation and instructions for redemption or relevant status updates.

How many times can I claim the Kids Access All Areas Vouchers program?
Show moreKids Access All Areas vouchers are limited to 1 per eligible child for the entire program. If you reserved a voucher in round 1, you are not eligible to reserve a voucher in round 2. Any remaining balance on vouchers (round 1 and round 2) will expire if not used by 31 May 2027.
I have a voucher already. Can I still claim a rebate?
Show moreIf you reserved a voucher in round one, you have additional time to enjoy arts and cultural experiences. You now have until 31 May 2027 to buy your tickets and claim your rebate.
How many vouchers can I claim?
Show moreEach parent or guardian can only claim for up to 4 children aged 5–15 once during the program. A parent or guardian cannot claim for an eligible child if a claim has already been made by another parent or guardian of that child.
Is the voucher program means tested?
Show moreNo. You don’t need a healthcare or concession card to reserve a voucher.
Are vouchers available to children and young people living in regional WA?
Show moreYes. Vouchers have been allocated across the state to ensure broad access. Vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with an allocation specifically for children and young people living in regional WA.
Can I reserve a voucher if my child turns 5 after the program opens?
Show moreNo. Your child must be 5 years old when you reserve your voucher.
My child is 15 now but will turn 16 during the program. Can I still claim?
Show moreYes. Children who are 15 at the time of voucher reservation are eligible, even if they turn 16 later.
Can I transfer my voucher to another family?

I have reserved vouchers for multiple children, why do I only have one voucher?
Show moreYour voucher will be for the value the number of children you have applied for at $50 per child. For example, if you have reserved vouchers for 3 children, your voucher will have a value of $150.
What type of tickets can I buy?
Show moreYou can purchase tickets from approved venues and providers for arts and cultural events suitable for children and young people.
Can I use my Kids All Access Area Voucher to attend a non-arts event at an approved venue?
Show moreNo. While venues included on the approved venues and providers list may offer non-arts and cultural events, vouchers cannot be used to offset the cost of attendance for these events. For example, you cannot claim a rebate for AFL tickets at Optus Stadium or basketball tickets at RAC Arena.
What happens if I reserve a voucher but don't use it?
Show moreIf you don’t claim your rebate before the 31 May 2027 deadline, any vouchers you have reserved will expire and cannot be reused or transferred.
I don't have a valid tax invoice. Can I still claim a rebate?
Show moreNo. You must provide a valid tax invoice from the list of approved venues or providers for your claim to be successful.
Can I use the voucher for multiple events if the invoice total is under $50?

Can I make multiple claims against the same tax invoice?

I purchased tickets to an arts or cultural event, but the voucher allocations were exhausted before I could reserve a voucher. Can I still submit a rebate claim?

How long will it take to receive my rebate payment?
Show moreSuccessful claims will see payments delivered to their nominated bank account within approximately 7 business days. You will receive a ServiceWA Inbox message when your claim has been approved.
It is possible that our payment may be delivered to your bank account before you receive a notification. Please check your bank account regularly.
Successful claims submitted through the alternative process may take 10 - 15 business days to process.
How will I know the outcome of my claim?
