Understanding the VET Sector

The Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector is complex and consists of many stakeholders, frameworks and registers. This short clip describes these elements and assists stakeholders in their knowledge of the VET environment.

The Initial Registration Application Process

If you are considering becoming an RTO, the Training Accreditation Council encourages you to view this 20 minute clip which provides entry level information on the initial registration application process.

Obligations as an RTO

This clip goes into an RTO's obligation to comply with registration requirements throughout its period of registration, including maintaining compliance with the Standards, issuing qualifications and statements of attainment, maintaining records, paying relevant fees, and participating in audits.

Becoming an RTO webinar

This webinar guides participants through the application process and identifies documents that will assist in preparing the initial registration application.
