Pay your water bill

There are many ways you can pay your Water Corporation bill, including online, via your online account, BPAY, direct debit, in person or over the phone.

  • Pay on our website – our payment gateway accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express. When paying by credit or debit card, transaction fees may apply — you will be advised of the amount at the time of payment.
  • Pay online using BPAY - use your financial institution's telephone or online banking to make a BPAY payment using our biller code 8805 and your Water Corporation account number from your bill.
  • Direct debit - you can set up automatic payments when your bill is due, or make regular instalments weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
  • Australia Post - payments can be made in person, by cash, cheque, money order or EFTPOS from a savings or cheque account, at any post office.
  • Telephone - credit card payments can be made over the phone at any time. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express, please note a transaction fee will apply. You will need your account number and the bill amount from your bill.
  • Centrepay - register for Centrepay to have a direct deduction from your Centrelink payments, find out more about Centrepay, or contact us on 13 13 85 to discuss this payment method.
