To use the new renewals service you will need to know your permit number which can be found on the front of your permit.
You will need to have an email address or mobile telephone number currently recorded with Building and Energy so that when prompted, we can SMS or email you your personal one-time security access code.
Payment of a re-application fee to renew your permit can also be made by BPAY, BPOINT, or in person.
