Strategy, Engagement and Education Services
The Equal Opportunity Commission delivers training and education to help organisations, communities and individuals understand their rights and responsibilities under the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 (WA).
Through our complaint handling and engagement work, we hear directly from people and organisations across Western Australia. This experience shapes our training, ensuring it is practical, current and grounded in real-world issues.
Our training focuses on building inclusive cultures and preventing discrimination, harassment and victimisation before problems arise.
