The Keep Australia Beautiful Council (KABC) members oversee the activities of the KABC and the facilitation of the Litter Prevention Strategy for Western Australia 2020-2025.
Keep Australia Beautiful Council members
The Minister for Environment has appointed a Chairman and Members to the Keep Australia Beautiful Council for 14 July 2025 to 31 December 2027.
Chairperson - Ms Elizabeth Carr AM
Ms Elizabeth Carr has significant experience at a board director level in the private, public and community sectors. Her executive roles have included strategy development for international organisations such as IBM and the Macquarie Group, as well as State Government.
Elizabeth was a member of the Environmental Protection Authority from 2011-2019 and received an Order of Australia (AM) in 2017 for significant service to the community through voluntary contributions to the health, aged care, education, and social services sectors.
