Introduction to negotiations training

This training module is for public sector employees preparing for and undertaking contract negotiations during procurement or contract management processes.

If you are a public sector employee who is involved in procurement and/or contract management, this introductory module will provide the foundations needed to conduct or support negotiations for low to medium value/risk contracts. 

You will need to register in our learning portal to complete the module. It will take around 30 minutes to complete - and remember to have your browser pop ups enabled!

Please note the Department of Finance are currently developing a one-day face to face negotiations workshop which will we be launched later in 2021.
