Duplicate licence and ID cards

How to get copies of your licence and ID cards

There is a fee for duplicate licences and ID cards:

  1. You can email the Credit card payment form LSS65 (PDF, 82KB) to securitylicensing@police.wa.gov.au, and we will post your licences/ID card to you.
  2. You can pay at our Cannington Office and we will immediately print the licences/ID card and give them to you.
