First select a plate design and then check if your word, letters or numbers are available.
It takes three to four weeks for the plate to be made and the Department of Transport sends you a notification when it is ready.
You can also apply by completing a form and visiting a Driver and Vehicle Services Centre or regional agent or post it with a cheque or money order to:

AFL plates must be ordered through the team's fan club.
Optional and personalised plates are not available for taxis, buses or other vehicles that require specific plates with identifying numbers.
You need a valid WA driver’s licence and a credit or debit card to apply online.
