Applications are now open for Phase 2 of the Call Centre and Back Office Processing Scheme.

Existing third-party call centre and back office processing operators in Western Australia can apply for funding to expand their current or new operations.

Funding can be used to offset costs for activities including job creation, adoption of new technologies and upskilling staff through training and development.

Phase 1 of the scheme attracted national call centre and back-office processing operators back to WA and to date has created more than 350 jobs.

Following the continued success of Phase 1, the Western Australian Government has allocated $10 million for Phase 2.

Funding support for successful applicants will be calculated at the rate of $10,000 per full-time equivalent job created in WA. The maximum allowable per successful applicant is $2 million.
