We're looking to hear from heritage professionals, researchers, community leaders, students and young professionals who are passionate heritage advocates from across state.

This year's theme, Heritage Horizons: Exploring heritage above, below and beyond, encourages participants to look beyond traditional understandings of heritage and explore the many layers that shape our places, landscapes and communities.

We are seeking presentations that showcase innovative projects, research, case studies, community-led initiatives, emerging trends and practical experiences that align with the conference theme.

Presenters will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse audience of heritage practitioners, policymakers, academics, advocates and community members, helping to shape the future direction of heritage conservation and management in Western Australia.

Expressions of Interest are now open and close 30 November 2026. For more information and to submit an EOI visit the State Heritage Conference webpage
