The free passes are being offered as part of WA Foster and Family Carers Week 2025 (28 July - 3 August) celebrations, to thank foster and family carers for the enormous contribution they make to the lives of children in their care and the wider community.

The free passes will also remove the financial barrier for foster and family carer households to enjoy some of WA’s greatest attractions.

Foster and family care households can access the below attractions on various dates - but terms and conditions apply, and registration is essential.

Eligible foster and family carers will receive a letter with further details on how to access the free passes.

Free weekend entry at WA Museums

Explore the WA Museum and WA Maritime Museum with free general admission for foster care families - up to 4 people per family.

Available on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 August.

Free entry to Perth Zoo

Enjoy a wild day out at Perth Zoo with free entry for one adult foster carer and three children in care aged 4-16 years (or two adults and six children).

Available any day from 28 July to 3 August 2025.
