The new Call Centre and Back Office Processing Scheme is designed to fast-track the set-up of new facilities in WA, to grow the local industry and create hundreds of new jobs.

Call centre and back-office processing operators employ high numbers of entry-level staff, encourage flexible working conditions and provide long-term employment opportunities.

As part of ensuring a sustainable economy that is socially inclusive, the Western Australian Government has launched the scheme to help grow this industry in WA.

It has allocated $14.9 million for Phase 1 of the scheme to boost employment across a broad demographic, including people with disability and people seeking part-time work.

We are seeking expressions of interest from local, national and international operators intending to expand their existing operations or establish new operations in Perth or regional areas of WA.
