Co-design process – phase one

A Reference Group has been appointed to oversee a co-design process with Aboriginal people and other stakeholders. 

The first phase of co-design is complete. Phase one submissions closed on 27 May 2022. 

A range of draft regulations, statutory guidelines and operational policies were developed for co-design. Submissions are included below and the final documents can be found on our Fact sheets, Regulations and guidelines page.
