Schedules and annexures from the Ballardong people’s Indigenous Land Use Agreement
The Ballardong people’s ILUA has been sectioned off into annexures, exhibits and schedules to increase access to the various components within the ILUAs. All six South West Native Title Settlement ILUAs are identical in terms of content, the only differences are the locations, maps, the claimants referenced for each ILUA. If you require an annexure from the other ILUAs please contact us.

See the ILUA Variation Agreement – Capital Works Program – Ballardong People ILUA executed on 7 June 2024, which amends certain timeframes under Clause 15(a) of Schedule 10. All six ILUAs have been amended in identical terms. See the ILUA Variation Agreement - Capital Works Program - Ballardong People ILUA executed on 16 June 2025, replacing Clause 15(a) of Schedule 10 with an amended Clause 15(a). The amended provisions provide for the payment of funds to the Noongar Boodja Trust to establish administrative offices for the Regional Corporations and Central Services Corporation, and revised terms in relation to access to the funds, including the adoption of Special Project Guidelines by the Trustee. All six ILUAs have been amended in identical terms. |

Heads of Agreement
The 2009 Heads of Agreement set out the intentions of the Noongar people, and the WA Government, to negotiate Indigenous Land Use Agreements instead of proceeding through costly, timely and uncertain native title litigation.
