Late renewal applications
A late fee applies if you renew within 28 days after your licence expires (grace period).
Renewals after 28 days cannot be accepted. If you miss the deadline, your licence expires, and you must stop all valuation work immediately. To continue, you must apply for a new licence. You can only resume duties once the new licence is granted.
