Your licence is valid for 3 years. Courtesy renewal reminder notices are sent by email. To ensure you receive reminders, ensure your contact details are up to date. You can apply to renew your licence up to two months before the expiry date. To allow sufficient time for assessment, you should lodge your renewal application at least 4 weeks before your licence expiry date. Applications received after the expiry date cannot be accepted and you will need to apply for a new licence.

- Your licence number (shown on your licence or search WA Licence Search).
- A police check ready to upload (dated within the past 3 months, showing the same name as your identification) for all partners/directors or the individual.
- Visa/Mastercard for fee payment.

Late applications
- Applications lodged after the expiry date but within 28 days will incur a late fee of 25% of the total fee payable.
- Applications received more than 28 days after expiry cannot be accepted. In these cases, the licence will have expired, and you will need to apply for a new licence.
