A real estate and business sales representative whose registration has a restriction on their certificate limiting them to property management transactions only or sales transactions only can apply to have conditions removed when they have completed the relevant additional units. There is no fee for removing a condition.
Before you apply
1. You'll need:
- Complete the required units to convert from a restricted registration as per the information below.
- Attach a copy of Statement of Attainment relevant units (see below for information) from the CPP41419 Property Services Training package
2. Complete application form
