We help our community by:

  • helping ensure workers are physically and mentally safe at work
  • working to ensure people get what they pay for and have help if something goes wrong such as being scammed
  • rolling out new technology to provide better customer service
  • helping to ensure workers understand their employment rights and are paid correctly under employment laws
  • providing support and advice to local governments so they meet community needs
  • regulating lawful and responsible racing, gambling and liquor activities
  • ensuring building and trades work across Western Australia is carried out safely and to a high standard.

Whether we’re licensing trade workers like plumbers and electricians, improving work health and safety conditions or supporting business innovation, our days are never boring! Find out more about why it’s great working with us.
