This guide has been developed to help successfully use the AGA Reference Models. It also aims to provide agency leaders with assistance in asking the right questions when considering capability development and investment initiatives, such as:

  • Are information and communications technology (ICT) assets being duplicated?
  • Will the new assets be reusable and interoperable?
  • Are there any synergies between projects which can be exploited?
  • What standards need to be considered?
  • Is it clear how an investment will meet business requirements?
