This protocol sets out the method of calculating the quarterly amount payable to commercial and industrial material recovery facility operators for eligible containers collected and recycled under the WA Container Deposit Scheme.
This protocol is pursuant to the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery (Container Deposit Scheme) Regulations 2019.
