The department started the second review of the Minimum network standards in October 2021, in accordance with the legislative requirements detailed in section 2.
This report provides an overview of comments provided by the scheme coordinator, WA Return Recycle Renew Ltd, and the Western Australian Local Government Association, along with the outcomes of the review.
