Cost recovery for the Non-Scheme Gas Pipeline Access Regime

Energy Policy WA has released a Consultation Paper on a proposed cost recovery mechanism for the Economic Regulation Authority (ERA), to enable the recovery of its costs from industry when undertaking its functions in regulating the non-scheme gas pipeline access regime.
