Department of Planning Lands and Heritage Code of Conduct

Policy
The Department has revised its Code of Conduct (the Code), which aligns with our corporate values of integrity, respect, innovation, professionalism, and collaboration and builds on the Public Sector Code of Ethics.
Last updated:

The Code is a public statement that sets out the minimum behavioural standards to which we are all bound and is part of the Integrity Framework. It guides how we interact with each other, other government agencies and the communities we serve.

We strive to deliver a high-quality service to the community that incorporates honesty, transparency, and accountability in all our business activities.

We take pride in our strong commitment to be an inclusive, supportive, and responsible workplace, with the highest standards of ethics and accountability.

Please take time to read the Code and use it as a benchmark to guide your decision making.
