This checklist outlines additional information requirements for applications under Part V Division 3 of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 to:
- construct and operate tailings storage facilities, or
- amend an instrument to change the conditions or characteristics related to an existing tailings storage facilities (e.g. new tailings storage facilities or wall rises or lifts, or changes to delivery process or material characteristics).
