You can use this template to record your agency’s risk analysis for a procurement process.

The Risk Workbook provides practical information and templates to identify, record and manage risks associated with a procurement process. 

You must conduct a risk analysis for each procurement process to identify potential risks, the likelihood that they will occur and their impact.  A risk analysis should be conducted early in the process and kept current during the procurement planning, contract formation and contract management stages of a procurement.
