This report form is to be completed by the licensee of a Category 63 Class I inert landfill located within the metropolitan region.
The metropolitan region is defined in regulation 3 of the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Levy Regulations 2008 and has the meaning as given in section 4(1) of the Planning and Development Act 2005.
The return form is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. It can be filled in electronically or manually.
