We apply a non-refundable administration fee in addition to your assessment amount when you select to pay by credit card or debit card. This is to recover the merchant service fees we are charged by financial institutions.
You will be advised of the fee before confirming your payment.
The fee amount differs depending on which card type has been used to make the payment.
- Visa debit/prepaid: 0.33%
- Visa credit: 0.76%
- MasterCard debit/prepaid: 0.33%
- MasterCard credit: 0.81%
Alternative payment methods such as cash, cheque or BPAY don't incur a fee.
