About

In order to create local jobs and industries, there is a recognised need for improved and expanded support across the entire innovation ecosystem.

This includes programs that focus on:

  • investor education
  • corporate education
  • broad ecosystem support including programs that are specifically aimed at developing regional and/or indigenous and/or female founders in Western Australia.

Funded under the New Industries Fund, the X-TEND WA grants program is designed to build capability within our innovation community by funding education programs supporting innovators and investors, as well as encouraging programs and initiatives that particularly focus on regional, Indigenous and female founders. 

The fund will co-contribute up to $150,000 per successful application.
