Registered visitors are required to have Photo Identification readily accessible for verification purposes prior to entry. Prison Officers may request to confirm visitor identification or update Visitor Declaration Form as needed.
Requests to visit must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. E-Visits may be booked up to two weeks in advance.
Visitors arriving after the scheduled cut off time will be refused entry.
To cancel or change details of a booking for a E-Visit, contact the prison on 61 8 9573 3300 pressing option 1 and then option 1 again for Visits.
