The visit booking request online form may be used to book a Social Visit or cancel a previously booked visit. If incorrect details are submitted, you will be advised by email and will need to re-submit your visit booking request online form.

In order to process your request, we will ask you for some personal information, such as your name. We will only use this information for the reason it was collected. Your privacy is important to us. Social Visits
No more than 6 social visitors per table, inclusive of maximum of 3 adults and up to 3 children.
E-Visits
No more than 6 social visitors, inclusive of maximum of 3 adults and up to 3 children.
E-Visits are only available for the following times. Please note your requested time when completing your request.
New E-Visit time
- Tuesday 4.00 pm and 4.30 pm
- Wednesday 4.00 pm and 4.30 pm
- Thursday 4.00 pm and 4.30 pm
- No weekend E-Visits
