This online form may be used if you wish to send a phone number to a prisoner's telephone call list.

Important information!

This online request form is ONLY a request to send your phone number to a prisoner. Once the request is received by the prisoner, it is up to the prisoner to request the number to be added to their phone account.

Allow up to 5 business days for the prisoner to be able to call you.

Expected timeline of your request:

  1. Within 2-3 business days,  the prisoner should receive your number.
  2. The prisoner will then raise a request for your number to be added onto the account which he will give an Officer in their unit.
  3. You will receive a phone call from on Officer to confirm your identity and that you are willing to accept phone call from the Prisoner.
  4. This request form will then be sent on to be entered onto their phone account with an average processing time of 2 business days.
