Registration

You will receive an email invitation to register once you’re approved as a Department supplier.

The registration is fully online and can be completed from your office or home. No paperwork or physical visits are required.

The system is user-friendly and works on computers, tablets and smartphones.

If you don’t receive the invitation email within a few business days of being approved, please check your spam folder or contact us using the details below.

How does it work

New Suppliers

Step 1: Register Online
You will receive an email invitation with a secure link.  You will be asked to provide the following:

  • Australian Business Name (ABN)
  • Company name
  • Address
  • Email
  • Bank account details.

Step 2: Verification Call
Eftsure will call within 24-48 hours to confirm your details. Once verified, you’re ready to receive payments.

Existing Suppliers

Step 1: Notify Us
Contact your Department Business Area contact person as soon as your details change.

Step 2: Update viaEftsure
You will receive an email with a secure link to update your details. Follow the prompts.

Step 3: Verification Call
Eftsure will call within 24-48 hours to confirm the changes.

Verification before onboarding

Suppliers must be verified through Eftsure prior to being onboarded. This step ensures that payments are made securely and accurately.

Security and fraud protection

Contact after approval only

Eftsure will only contact suppliers once they have been approved by the Department. If no email is received, suppliers should check their spam folder or reach out for assistance.

Updating supplier details

Suppliers must notify the Department if their business or banking details change. A new verification link will be issued to update records securely.

No cost to suppliers

There is no charge for suppliers to use Eftsure. All costs are covered by the Department.

One-time verification

Once verified, no further action is needed unless your details change.
