This Collection Notice explains how ‘primary contact’ information and additional information to My Account is collected, used, disclosed, and managed when an application is lodged in Resources Online for:
- a mining development and closure proposal, a mine closure plan, a Programme of Work or an eligible mining activity notice under the Mining Act 1978;
- a native vegetation clearing permit for mining and petroleum activities under the Environmental Protection Act 1986; or
- an environment plan under the Petroleum, Geothermal Energy and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 1967; Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Submerged Lands) Act 1982 or Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Pipelines Act 1969;
