Providing us with the requested information is required by law under the Electricity (Licensing) Regulations 1991 Act, Gas Standards (Gasfitting and Consumer Gas Installations) Regulation 1999, the Plumbers Licensing and Plumbing Standards Regulations 2000, the Building and Construction Industry (Security of Payment) Act 2021 (WA) (Act), and Building and Construction Industry (Security of Payment) Regulations 2022 (Regulations).
