- Handout: Reasonable Adjustment Decision and Review Tool - This tool supports trainers, assessors, and compliance staff in making clear, consistent, and defensible decisions about reasonable adjustments. It guides staff through identifying barriers, considering inclusive practice first, consulting appropriately, testing proposed adjustments against competency and assessment requirements, and monitoring effectiveness over time. The tool is not a compliance checklist, but a practical decision support aid that helps RTOs apply professional judgement, document proportionately, and demonstrate alignment with the 2025 Standards while maintaining the integrity of training and assessment outcomes.
