This webinar provides registered training organisations (RTO) with practical and specific information to support the use of assessment tools to gather good evidence and provides information on:
- making valid assessment judgements on evidence collected,
- recording evidence used and the outcomes;
- fair and effective assessment appeals process, and
- How appeals about assessment decisions can be managed.
