This webinar provides registered training organisations (RTO) with practical and specific information to support the use of assessment tools to gather good evidence and provides information on:

  • making valid assessment judgements on evidence collected,
  • recording evidence used and the outcomes;
  • fair and effective assessment appeals process, and
  • How appeals about assessment decisions can be managed.
