Expressions of Interest (EOI) are now open, seeking a qualified and experienced operator organisation to undertake the implementation and operation of a new Western Australian (WA) innovation hub.
Funded by the New Industries and Innovation Fund (NIIF), the WA Commercialisation Hub will act as a bridge between research, industry, and government to transform innovative ideas into market-ready products.
The Hub will provide support for business growth with specific focus on intellectual property (IP) management, commercialisation and scale-up support services.
It will also support scaleups across commercial competencies such as financial literacy and capital raising, strategic planning, networking and mentorship, market expansion and access to capital funding.
The WA Commercialisation Hub will be funded at $2 million over a four-year period from date of commencement.
