The Department of Treasury has published Financial Guidelines for Government Agencies – Commissioning Community Services as a deliverable under State Commissioning Strategy Priority 4.
The Financial Guidelines for Government Agencies set out key Financial Management Principles, clarify Government’s authorising environment including relevant roles and responsibilities, and provide agencies with guidance on the costing and benchmarking of community services.
