Past four years of inactive-rescinded policies

The last 4 years of Inactive–Rescinded policies and documents are now accessible on this page. They are clearly stamped as Inactive–Rescinded and articulate the date they were rescinded. This page will be updated over time as policies continue to be rescinded.

The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage has been working on a range of policy reform projects to improve the transparency of the land use planning framework and align with planning reform objectives. Policy document labels are being applied to the suite of WAPC policies to indicate a policy’s status. View the WAPC policy document labels fact sheet for more information. The Inactive–Rescinded label is one such introduction.
