Westport is the State Government’s long-term program to investigate, plan and build a future port in Kwinana with integrated road and rail transport networks. The Future of Fremantle project is closely connected to the Westport Program with its focus on redevelopment opportunities arising from the decision to transition trade from Fremantle’s Inner Harbour to Kwinana’s Outer Harbour.

Fremantle Harbours Master Plan
The Fremantle Harbours Master Plan is a State Government project led by the Department of Transport to develop a masterplan covering the Fremantle Fishing, Challenger and Success Boat Harbours to improve connectivity to the harbours and promote greater commercial and tourist offerings along the three major waterfronts.
