If the engagement of a nominated supervisor ceases the licence holder must, within 14 days: notify the Regulator, and unless you have another approved nominee engaged, apply to the Regulator for approval of another nominated supervisor.
To add or replace a nominated supervisor, you need to submit a Change to Nominated Supervisor application. Different forms and requirements apply for Class A and Class B licences.
To apply
1. You'll need:
- To nominate at least one supervisor (you can nominate yourself or someone else) and provide the following details:
- Proof of identity such as a driver licence, passport or Medicare card
- Evidence of training
- Class A: CPCCDE4008 and CPCCDE3015
- Class B: CPCCDE4008 and CPCCDE3014
- Evidence of experience and accompanying letters of reference from the employer (not more than 5 years old – 6 jobs over 3 years)
- If the nominated person is already an approved nominated supervisor working under a Class A licence (any state or territory), you don’t need to provide examples of experience. Approval may be granted based on their compliance history. If this applies, attach proof of their existing approval.
- Visa/Mastercard for fee payment.
