About the program

The Department of Housing and Works Graduate Program is a 12 month structured program designed to support graduates transitioning into the WA public sector.

The program provides hands on experience, structured learning and development, and opportunities to build professional networks across the department and the wider public sector.

The program commences in February 2027. Subject to performance and funding availability, there may be opportunities for extension or permanency at the conclusion of the program.
