About the program

Our Graduate Program is a 2 year appointment providing participants with a range of development opportunities across the agency. We are a dynamic organisation committed to improving the mental health and alcohol and other drug system outcomes for our community.

Graduates will get an opportunity to be part of a team that delivers on the WA State Priorities Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs 2020-2024 Plan. It is a fantastic opportunity for young people who share our vision and commitment to contribute towards our strategic priorities to reform and improve the mental health and alcohol and other drugs sector.
