About the program

We are working to create an innovative and future fit public service for the people of Western Australia – and here’s your chance to be a part of that future.

You get the chance to work on exciting initiatives that influence the way 160,000+ public sector staff go about their work, and how public sector agencies manage important matters like leadership, culture, capability, integrity and data.

You develop an understanding of government operations at the highest level – how we collaborate across the sector to solve problems, how we set standards and expectations for the sector, and how we build a diverse and capable sector workforce.

Our progressive and flexible workplace is filled with supportive and passionate staff who aim to make a real difference. During the 12 month program you learn a range of skills and develop the knowledge you need for a successful career.
