Reissue expired plumbers licence

If your licence has been expired for less than 28 days you may be able to renew your licence. If your licence has been expired for more than 28 days, you are able to apply to have your licence re-issued. 

Before you apply

1. You'll need

• Your licence number (shown on your licence or search WA Licence Search).
• Mobile phone number and/or email address on file with the department.
• A police history check issued in last 3 months.
• An acceptable photograph for your licence card (clear passport style image of head and shoulders against a white background, no hats or sunglasses).
• Visa/Mastercard for fee payment.

2. Complete the relevant application form

• Plumbing contractor reissue - Form 107
• Plumbing tradesperson reissue - Form 108

3. Post or submit your application in person
