The SES Development Series (included in the Learning and Development Guide for Senior Executive Service Members) supports you to do this by providing contemporary leadership development experiences directly related to the context in which you work.
Co-designed with subject matter experts and SES members, the courses are specifically tailored for our sector and aligned with delivering the government priorities and election commitments for Western Australians.
