Facilitator

Dr Susannah Nichols is a lecturer in public policy and public sector management at Murdoch University. Her research focuses on policy change and the institutional mechanisms that shape reform. She also examines AI readiness in the Western Australian health system and the impact of public sector reform on policy work.
